Our latest Prototype balances the mouthwatering tartness of a classic pineapple sour with a big dose of bright, fruity cold-side hops.
Alongside a significant infusion of Citra, this prototype highlights Maui Nelson, a pineapple-enriched blend with fresh New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops. Both additions further boost the tart pineapple profile and add vineyard-fresh floral complexity to the finish.

On tap at the brewpub. Hazy orange/golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, light pineapple in the nose. Bready and light pineapple taste with touch of grapes and some acidity in the finish. Pretty thin.

From tap at Gravity Brewing, Budapest, 18.02.25 Hazy peach colour. Diminishing white head, not much lacing. Fine aroma of tropical fruits, brett and herbs. Lingering taste of lactic acid, some pineapple, various citrus and marmalade. Tart, crisp, acid and dry mouthfeel. Very tasty, with good drinkability.
