Golden Glitta marks our second collaboration with The M.A.R.S.H. Project, celebrating edible plants native to the Southeast. Goldenrod, South Carolina’s state wildflower, is more than a symbol—it’s a keystone plant. As conservation champion Professor Doug Tallamy, one of T.M.P.’s heroes, explains, keystones are the backbone of biodiversity, supporting countless species, especially caterpillars, which are essential to birds and other wildlife. Without these ecological cornerstones, ecosystems fall apart. This beer commemorates the launch of the Ecological Corridor Membership, which Charlestonians can join at themarshproject.com/join.
Expect an easy drinking golden ale with notes of lemon custard, juicy fruit, pine sap, and rosemary.

Draught at source: pours deep gold with a white head. Aroma is some citrus and berries. Taste is lightly sweet, low bitterness. Fine.
