A simple malt grist of maris otter pale malt and a small amount of crystal malt is bittered and aromatized by a complex addition of a unique blend of hops. English, Czech and American hops mingle throughout the boil to give a heady flowery aroma, and a tantalising peachy flavour, offset by a refreshing degree of bitterness. Despite its complexity this beer is clean and thirst quenching.

Bottle from the brewery. Appearance - golden with a nice fluffy head. Nose - slightly cardboard and sherbet as well an intended lemon note. Quite grainy too. Taste - grain and lemon. Maybe a little wild yeast again. Palate - light bodied with a thin body and a dry finish. Overall - disappointing.

Hazy amber beer, tidy white head. Peppered with dark lumpy bits that soon fall to the bottom. Palate is light with good fine carbonation. Light malts, not much sweetness. Spicy bitter hops. Very mild dried fruits. Semi dry finish, mild bitter linger. Touch of dry malt cream. Okay bitter.

500ml bottle from Beer Hawk - Light gold colour with foamy white head that lasted all the way, with a few yeast floaters. Grapefruit and malt aroma with a floral hint. Good balance of malt and hop in the taste. Good long, dry ending.

A beautiful, orange beer with a medium and blond head. Aroma is fresh and nice, biscuits, fruits and citrusfruits. Taste is quite dry, biscuity malts, medium bitterness, citrusfruits, some dryig herbs in the aftertaste. Almost medium bodied, medium carbonation. Nice and aromatic beer.
