Rose Marie is a sweet sparkling organic apple wine with a low alcohol percentage. Rose Marie is made from early harvested Danish organic Ingrid Marie apples blended with organic blackcurrants. In the Nordic climate, Ingrid Marie apples and blackcurrants have optimal conditions. The temperature differences between the cool nights and the long, bright days give the fruits and berries a long ripening time, which develops fantastic aromas and a completely unique acid profile.
Rose Marie is served chilled and is recommended as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to fish, shellfish, sushi, vegetable dishes, cheese and acidic desserts.
