Guided by a few of the Southern Hemisphere hop varieties that we have especially enjoyed, this Kiwi-inspired beer is pale and dry with a soft malty character. Double dry hopped for additional aroma, it offers notes of pineapple, peach, passionfruit, and citrus.

Draft at Hops & Bottles. Golden pour, fine skin of head, solid lacing. Fruity aroma, citrus. Taste adds some floral, soapy notes, pineapple, zesty, mouth coating.

On tap at Reuben’s, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has gentle tangy hops and crisp crackery malt. Flavour definitely brings out tangy white wine-like hops, some grass, and crisp biscuity malt. Tangy, hoppy and bitter. Real good.
