Inspired by the Copper Canyon in the Sierra Madre Occidental - a canyon formed by 6 rivers - this beer is made with only six ingredients: Pilsner malt, Vienna malt, Flaked Maize, Water, Noble Hops and German Lager Yeast. Although light in body from the Flaked Maize, this beer is full in flavor from the balance of Vienna and Pilsner malts.
