Brewed with German Pilsner along with a small amount of Munich and pale wheat. Lightly hopped with Hallertau Blanc, which provides the slightest white grape flavor in the background and a slight sulfury character from the yeast. Although an ale, it has a slight crisp finish similar to a lager. A portion of each sale of Kölsch-9 (K-9) benefits the Retired Police Canine Foundation.

Light gold pour. Thin foam. Hops and grass with an earthy flavor. Nice mixture of wheat and light hops. Slight nutty palate

Hay nose. Clear pale yellow, thin head. Hay, grass, minty undertones. Light body, easy carbonation.
