We use 50% malted wheat and 50% Pilsner malt in our Hefeweizen. At 4.8% ABV, this beer is perfect for those hot summer days. A cloudy beer with spicy notes derived from the unique hefeweizen yeast. Some brewers add spice flavor from coriander or citrus peel, but we decided to leave ours pure and let the yeast speak for itself!

Sweet and sour malty hops. Nut and bread flavor with a loud initial, in your face smoky flavor. Easy carbonation with a smoky finish.

Banana and lemon zest nose, mild chlorine. Hazy golden, thin head. Lemon and banana. Breakfast cereal finish, puffed wheat and corn pops. Light body easy carbonation.

Tap at brewery. Hazy golden. Very faint aroma, perhaps some light banana. Flavor is weak, definite banana, bread, wheat. On the flatter side. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
