For our 50th batch at the RVA Collab House, we wanted to do a special collaboration so we brewed Core Crew as a collaboration among all of our RVA brewery/taproom staff! This classic saison is brewed with Belgian saison yeast, giving it spicy, fruity notes and a dry finish. We also blended in Gold Rush apple juice from Blue Bee Cidery which adds to the complex fruit character, lending light tropical fruit notes.
