Our black IPA is complemented by subtle pine, spice and citrus notes from Chinook and Cascade Hops. The light body and slight caramel and coffee malt notes of the beer allows the sharp clean bitterness of Nugget hops to shine through.

Black pour. Thin tan foam. Coffee nose with a hint of vanilla. Bitter black coffee flavor with a bitter coffee bean palate.

Mild soil nose. Cola black, huge tan head. Charred oak, charcoal. Light-ish body, easy carbonation. Heavily charred malt, little hop presence. I don't know where the IBUs come in at, but this drinks like a very dark ABA.
