The Apex Theory is a juicy IPA with hints of apple, pear, citrus and grapefruit that complement the Azacca and Citra hops. This hazy IPA has a strong fruit flavor as well as a strong fruity aroma that is well balanced by a mild bitterness from the four pounds of hops per barrel. With a soft body and a smooth mouthfeel, our Apex Theory is a perfectly balanced hazy IPA.

Hazy gold pour. Extremely thin foam. Citrus nose. Bitter pith flavor and bitter pith palate.

Appearance - 2 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 6.5
Lemon zest nose. Hazy yellow, thin head. Lemon zest, white grape, dandelion. Light nody, easy carbonation. Phenolic, more hoppy saison than NEIPA.
