Porter - Baltic Regular|

We brewed the second batch of our Baltic Porter especially for Baltic Porter Day 2026. Our interpretation is extremely classic - the delicate burnt and marked bitterness are balanced by a strong chocolate malt base. The aroma is praline, cereal coffee and a hint of dried fruit - plums and cherries. It should appeal to style lovers.

8/3/2025. Draft at Multi Qlti Tap Bar, Krakow. Pours very dark mahogany brown with a small beige head. Aroma is milky chocolate, roasted malt, caramel, coffee, maltesers, vanilla, dried fruits, ashy edge. Quite sweet taste, moderate roasted bitterness. Medium body, smooth, soft carbonation. Enjoyable if a little sweet.

500ml can. Opaque, darkest brown colour with average to huge, frothy to creamy, slowly osteoporosing, moderately lacing, dark beige head. Roasty, minimally grainy, dark malty aroma, notes of coffee, a touch of dark caramel, cereals, instant coffee, smoky overtones, some grassy hop. Taste is roasty and chocolately, dark malty, slightly caramel malty, notes of coffee, chocolate, some caramel, mildly bitter, minimally grassy hoppy overtones.
Creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, soft, creamy carbonation.
Harmonious and homogeneous, smooth, not overly complex - pretty decent.
