Bottle. The clearest golden pour I have ever seen, with a small white head. You can definitely pick up the Yellow Bus and the DDG in the nose. Tart, but not overly so, refreshing, and super clean. What a fantastically put together blend. All kinds of wonderful funk and barnyard notes that are softened by delicious peach and sour cherry undercurrent. A complex, clean, masterful ale. Lives up to all the hype. Simply amazing.....

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, vinegar, and malt. The flavor is acicid with notes of vinegar, brettanomyces, malt, and wood, leading to a tart finish.

22 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small, fizzy and white head. Aroma is citric and crisp barnyard acidic. Dry, acidic and yet very elegantly fruity. Mild acetone to acidic touch on the back of the tongue. Lingering brett and orange fruity flavoured. Lasting into a the far finish leaving a dry sensation and a lasting brett and fruity flavour. Nice.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Sean9689. Pours an almost clear golden with a tiny off-white head. Very tart vinegary Brett aroma. Medium body, a little fruit, sweetish and peachy with loads of Brett and lacto, very dry and Gueuze-like. A little salty. Ends dry but not overly sour. A very complex and pleasant blend. 221110
