Feeling Phancy? Well, you’ve come to the right place. This absolute powerhouse Cold IPA hits just how it should. Light base with a pale gold colour provides the best stage for the 303 Cryo hop blend to sing, LOUD. This hop blend goes equal parts Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic Cryo all laced with Phantasm powder (google it) for the ultimate thiol boost. It delivers sweet tangerine on the nose with a crisp lager mid palate that finishes out with resinous stone fruit and bready crackers.

Half-pint, shared with Finn. Crystal clear golden body, filmy layer leaving scattered lacing behind. Rather rich citrus aromas. Fine blended taste of citrus, orange and lemon, and bread-like malts. Mid-dry resinous bitterness to the ending. Clean on the swallow. Like it. (London, 11.02.2025).
