Single-origin Citra on barley, wheat and oats
We’re excited to revisit the first hoppy beer we ever brewed. —And it feels like a great opportunity to release the very first “2nd Edition” of a beer in Test’s nascent history. For us, it’s a great reminder of just how far we’ve come (and how we simply wouldn’t be here without the folks that have supported us since day one). For those of you who remember the first edition of Metamorphosis, we dedicate this beer to you. We’re eternally grateful.
Working directly with @yakimachief to cherry-pick an almost pitch-perfect representation of the Citra hop variety, this single lot of Citra from the fields @colemanagriculture is bursting with exuberant aromas of pomelo and orange zest. Metamorphosis drinks like fresh-squeezed juice underpinned by the enchanting flavors of chef-driven edibles.
