On tap at Burke Gilman, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is clean, with rustic saison yeast and toasted cereal grains. Flavour is dry, with rustic grains, toasted cereal grains, and some rustic bugginess. Dry, grainy and rustic. Good stuff.
