Bottle. Look: Slightly hazy, dark golden color. Nice long lasting white head. Smell: Complex and spicy aroma. Belgian yeast, citrus hops and a christmas spicy orange + coriander thing going on here. Taste: Fruity: sour apple and bitter orange. Very spicy. Bitter hops in the aftertaste. Overall: Full bodied. Semi dry. Excellent tripel. I’m really looking forward to taste more beers from this brewer.

Cloudy orange with a small white head. Lots of fresh fruit in the aroma, orange, passion, pineapple and pear. Also some spices, and plenty of hops. And a little note of old yeast, I believe, somewhere between grass and plastic - I have sensed it in Belgians before, possibly it could be the Belgian yeast and continental dry hops combo? Flavour is dry and fruity with a hop punch and solid bitterness.... sometimes I must admit an advantage to drinking a whole bottle. Aroma still has a foul note, but the flavour and especially aftertaste gets more beautiful with every sip. Peachy hops and Belgian yeast making a great partnership. I just wish the aroma was up there with Chouffe Houblon.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Clear golden with an off-white head. Aroma of yeast and perfumy, exotic fruits. Quite full-bodied with plenty of fruit - and some yeastiness. Astringent and bitter finish. 010209

bottle, thanks faroeviking for sharing. orange, large offwhite smooth head. aroma is orange, spices, coriander, yeast. flavor is sweet , orange, hoppy, spices. overall this is a nice and special beer, but i feel it is too much ornage to really suit my personal taste. re-rate 2022-22-02 best before 2025 no idea when it was brewed. yeast dominates the aroma.mostly all i get is belgian yeasty notes. flavor is certanly belgian inspired, but with some added notes from friuts i think, or coriander or something. lots of yeast driven notes too, and a very potent alc. punch making most of the bitterness. flowery notes too. flavor is not that impressive, but the beer is very smooth and well blended well balanced sort of , tastes like quality, not like industrial belgian. not changing rate score

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge, dense, creamy and white head. Aroma is mild orange fruity, spiced yeasty and vague caramel malty, extremely pleasant and inviting triple aroma. Flavour is smooth, nicely complimented by a smooth mouthfeel. Light sweet initial impression followed by a nice yeasty mellowness and subdued phenolic accents. The yeast really give life to the complexity and stunning smoothness in this brew. Light presence of coriander and orange peel. Smooth caramel malt slowly lingering into a nice and mellow finish with a mild reappearing orange peel note nicely complimenting the hops impressions. Mild spiced and herbal touch into the very far finish, complimented by classic tripel-yeast phenolic notes as the beer heats up. Slowly building bitterness providing a new twist to the tripel experience. Lovely! I’m extremely impressed by the balance and smooth palate of this tripel.
