A European style lager brewed from the finest quality pilsner malts. This beer is fermented at a lower temperature than most Australian lagers, and employs an extended maturation period. These combine together with a mixture of kettle and late hopping to yield a crisp pale lager.

Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized fluffy white head. Aroma is frshly cut grass with mild herbs along with hops and malts. Flavour is rather sweet malts with some hints of grassyness. Also quite grainy and hayish hoppy. I would say a rather smooth and pleasant pale lager.

12 oz bottle; nose grainy with a littlelight hopiness; very bubbly clear gold with a medium yellowish head; flavor is light slightly aweet malts offset but a touch of hop bitterness, and pepperiness. Decent Tasmanian Plae Lager!

Odd brew that was well liked at my local pub. I hated it. With no exaggeration, it smelled like a cow pasture. It was very light, clear, with a billowy head. It tasted of corn, hay, and cow manure, great if you’re looking for the "farm experience". Aftertaste had hints of molasses that weren’t bad, but by that point I was already pretty disgusted. One of the worst beers ever.

Thankfully unskunked, I pulled it off the shelf the very day it arrived. Pours with a very light hop nose, somewhat grassy and spicy, but primarily citric. Near straw color but with a pleasing fluffy creamy head, with heavy white lacing. Clean fermentation profile, with a surprising fullness of palate per the style (which is about medium). A soft carbonation contributes to this creamy mouthfeel. Malts are obviously in scant quantity, but lightly bready. Aided by being a fresh sample, this is one of the better pale lagers I’ve tried, and completely exceeded my expectations.

(Bottle 37,5 cl) Another beer that suddenly appeared in Denmark due to the royal wedding when everything tasmanian was talk of the town. Golden, creamy. High malt-sweetness and very subdued bitterness. Very mainstream pale lager. 150205
