A European style lager brewed from the finest quality pilsner malts. This beer is fermented at a lower temperature than most Australian lagers, and employs an extended maturation period. These combine together with a mixture of kettle and late hopping to yield a crisp pale lager.

Mass market lager, not much else to say, blends with the rest. Thirst quenching ability is saving grace.

375ml bottle. Clears golden with a medium head. Slightly sweet nose. Refreshing aroma, good hops, a bit of malts, not boring indeed.

375ml bottle into schooner glass. Barely discernable malt nose. Yellow/amber with lasting white head. Nice maltiness up front. Very little bitterness at the end. Much better than other Aussie mainstream lagers.

(Can) Clear gold with ok white head. Aroma is ok, slightly sweet slightly grassy hops. Light body, well carbonated. Taste is light malt with some ok bitterness in end. Overall quite drinkable but not great.

Bottle from Continental Food Store, Wakefield. Pale golden, not much of a head. Decent tasting lager with lots of tasty grainy malt and a pilsner character.

One of the better widely available (in the UK) Australian beers, but considering the others that not saying much.

Nearly left Australiana without a taste of this lager- for shame. It slaked my thirst in the first leg of our 26 hour journey home. Clean flavor with light grain and a bit of cleansing hops. A bit if a bitter bite in the finish. Nothing much here but itβs a step above most similar brews.

375ml bottle from Appellation Wines. Cheers Ash! Pours clear pale gold, big white head. Aromas of grass and light lemon. Taste has a light malt sweetness, more light lemon. Medium body, slightly astringent finish. OK.
