A European style lager brewed from the finest quality pilsner malts. This beer is fermented at a lower temperature than most Australian lagers, and employs an extended maturation period. These combine together with a mixture of kettle and late hopping to yield a crisp pale lager.

Another lager that pours a clear golden color and a couple of fingers of white head quickly settling down. Malty and grainy aroma is followed by light taste, sweet start and hardly any bitterness in the taste. Not bad, but nothing special.

Bottle, 0.375l. Clear golden color with medium frothy white head and sparkling appearance. Aroma is grainy, grassy, vegetably and bready. Taste starts with light sweet and sour grainy malt, follows by mild citric and yeasty acidity, crisp and dry mouthfeel and light bitter finish. Light body, thin texture and lively carbonation in palate. Classic lager taste without any premium features...

Bottle shared with friends. Poured a crystal clear amber with a thin white head and lots of carbonation. The aroma is stale malt leading to a weak bitter, weak hoppy flavour and a watery palate. Pretty awful really. If I picked up a bottle in the Sahara after not drinking for a week I’d now think twice about opening it!
