Our latest DIPA is unapologetically hoppy. With a carefully balanced combination of Strata, Idaho 7, Talus and Simcoe, you can expect a big dank, hazy double with flavours of pink grapefruit, pineapple and fresh berries. Rounded off with subtle herbal notes of black tea.

Half-pint, keg at Piccadilly Tap. Shared with Finn. Solid lacing from a firm white head, muddy golden body. Inviting peachy nose, doughy. Taste of apricot and pineapple, doughy. Ends hop fruity, mid-dry and mid-sweet. Fine depth. Pretty good. (Manchester 11.10.2022).

Delt med Rune. Gusjegrågulbrun. Veldig uklar. Middels høyt kritthvitt tett skum som daler sakte. Heftig & god fruktaroma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken fersken & plommer.Litt syrlig. Tørr - alkoholisk bitter avslutning.

ABV: 8.5%. Murky matt medium to light yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate hoppy, herbs, fruity hops, dank, overripe fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, pink grapefruit, pineapple, sweet fruit, wheat, minerals, herbal, overripe fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20220731]
