440ml can from Left Field Beer, Solihull. I’m rating the 2024 version, but I’ve no idea how the 2024 version can be differentiated from other versions. There is no version info on the can .Poured almost black in colour, with a short-lived, frothy tan head. The aroma is roasty, banoffee, nutty. The flavour is over moderate sweet, with a smooth, rich, roasty, banana, creamy caramel, light vanilla, warm, boozy liquorice bitter palate and an oily mouthfeel. Full bodied with soft carbonation.
Keg at The Colmore; dark brown pour with a bubbly dark tan head, aroma has chocolate covered bananas, taste has rich chocolate, banana sweets, hints of vanilla, really sweet, viscous mouthfeel, nice
