Our Altbier is brewed exclusively with german base and specialty malts, german-grown hops, and fermented cool with an authentic altbier yeast strain. The malt profile evokes rustic bread loaves with just a hint of sweetness that is reined in by a significant bittering charge of Halltertaü Magnum and Tettnang hops. Four weeks of cold-conditioning post fermentation yields a bright, clean finish that emphasizes the balance of flavor and drinkability this style is loved for. Prost!

On tap at Ravenna, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out bready malt and toasted caramel. Flavour is dry, with toasted bready malt and a hint of caramel. Toasted, bready and dry. Nice stuff.
