Malty, crisp and earthy with some rye bread, caramel, nutty toastiness and hints of herbal hops, long lasting lingering bitterness in the finish. Quite malty and earthy.

(Cask at the brewery taproom, 20250221) The beer poured amber and lightly hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had pine, rye bread and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were pine, rye bread, strawberries(!), biscuits and bitterness. Aftertaste had pine, malts and bitterness. Pleasant malty brew with sweet and spicy notes.
