Smell of sweet malt, rye, overripe fruit. Copper colour, off-white colour. Aroma of rye malt, caramel, some grass and earth. Bitter. Dry palate. Lively carbon.

Clear copper colour and creamy off-white head. Slightly rye spicey aroma. Light-bodied. Caramalt, some rye spiceyness. Clean and malty.

Malty, crisp and earthy with some rye bread, caramel, nutty toastiness and hints of herbal hops, long lasting lingering bitterness in the finish. Quite malty and earthy.

(Cask at the brewery taproom, 20250221) The beer poured amber and lightly hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had pine, rye bread and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were pine, rye bread, strawberries(!), biscuits and bitterness. Aftertaste had pine, malts and bitterness. Pleasant malty brew with sweet and spicy notes.
