Bottle. Super dark purple color with purple head. Aroma is blackberries, fresh funk, yoghurt, light wood. Taste is blackberries, yoghurt, tannins, quite sour. Mineraly, almost chalky mouthfeel with fizzy carbonation. Very nice!

De Garde The Purple 8.5% Awesome loooking deep purple with a purple head of fizz, looks like awesomely viscous beet juice. The aroma is candied berries (blackberries) but the taste is lactic acidic yoghurt tartness. Alright. Ar 8 t 7 p 4 ap 5 o 13-4
