Bottle shared at a level 42 tasting Canary wharf 5/5/2016. Huge thanks to Bruce for this one. Beautiful looking deep dark purple coloured pour with a lasting pink head. Aroma is lovely, deep berry, plummy jammy fruits, red berry, little smokey. Flavour is composed of tart pithy blackberry, plum, blackcurrant, really tart blackberry. Palate is super dry, pithy, highish carbonation,. Lovely.

CBC2016. Rötlich pinkes Bier mit einer geringen pinken Schaumkrone. Geruch nach roten Beeren, Kirschen, waldbeeren. Geschmack säuerlich fruchtig, rote Früchte, Kirschen.

Tap at CBC 2016, Red session. Poured a clesr purple with little life. The aroma is yeast, raspberry sour. The flavour is moderate sour with a big acid citrus, zesty fruit, yeasty palate. Light bodied with average carbonation.

Small slightly fizzy-creamy shortlasting head, deep red color. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish, fresh raspberries, raspberry syrup, sorrel, mild vinegar, berry skin, cherry candy, red currants. Taste is sour-ish dry, sorrel, sour raspberries, vinegar, oak, berry skin, fruit stones, oak, old cellar. Medium bitterness, dry acidic mouthfeel. Nice.

750ml bottle @CBC 2016. Pours deep red with a small head. Aroma of sour raspberry juice, tartness, funky yeast and farmyard. Taste is sour and funky with loads of raspberries, some tartness and farmyard. Finish is tart, sour and funky. Pretty tasty.
