Bottle massive thanks to Bruce. It pours dark purple with a medium light purple head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, big jammy character, raspberry, blackberry jam, Victoria sponge cake and candy. The taste is crisp, tart, great mouth - pucker, sour raspberry, jammy blackberry, bright acidity, lemon sherbet and Granny Smith apple with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Bright, tart and jammy. Perhaps a touch acidic, but overall great.

Pour @ RateBeer Best Festival. Reddish-violet, clear appearance with a thin, tan head. Aroma has oak, plenty of raspberries, seeds, cheese, and some sweaty sock. Quite sour. Medium light body. Low sweetness and bitterness. The flavor bursts with raspberries, some tannins, oak, and cheese. A little too sour for my taste but pretty enjoyable nonetheless.
