Medium sourness in the aroma and taste with a lot of raspberries. Winey, not sweet. Good for people who like sour ales.

Tasting at Mattβs
True to its name it has a dark deep purple color, small pink head. Intense aroma of red wine tangled with blackberry wine. Quite strong body; moderate sourness, while the berry character is very strong, and it ends with a tannic note.
Very good.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark reddish purple with a small pink head. Aroma is intense, with loads of blackberries and raspberries, followed by some lightly tart vinous red wine oak barrels. Flavour is super dry, fruity and vinous, with a lovely berry quality, immense vinous quality, and dry oakiness. Finishes on dry red grape skins. Complex and impeccably balanced. Really enjoyable.
