Rerate 30.3.24 Interessante Nase, Karamell, Kirschholz? Schöne Farbe. Im Trunk Karamell, dann recht wässrig, spät bitter. Naja. 27.12.19 Kupferfarben im Glas, in der Nase malzig, im Trunk Karamell, süß, süffig, nur kurz bitter, seeehr gefällig.

0.5 l bottle from local ’Dursty’, best before September 2017. Clear, copper with a medium large, very dense, stable, off-white head. Faint, sweetish, slightly grassy-spicy aroma of straw, caramel and nuts. Sweetish, slightly grassy-spicy taste of straw, grains, some caramel and hints of nuts, followed by a short, slightly bitter, a bit grassy-spicy and minimally metallic finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Okay, not really round though, tastes a bit ’cheap’.
