Helle Bernsteinfarbe, mild-würziger Geruch. Der Antrunk ist etwas laff-muffig und leicht süßlich. Zum Hauptteil hin wird das Bier vollmundiger und schön mild, bleibt aber irgendwo muffig-würzig. Auf der Zunge hält sich diese eben beschriebene Note recht lange, eine Herbe ist kaum wahrnehmbar.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein dunkel goldgelbes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, würzig. Geschmack würzig malzig, leicht fruchtig, minimale Bitterkeit.

Pours cloudy amber with a thick, lasting head. Aroma of spices, apples cider and yeast. Flavour of spices, herbs, vegetables and yeast.

Bottle @ Bamberg. Pours clear dark amber with a large creamy white head and lacings. Nose is bread, caramel and grain. Flavor is sweet malts. Very smooth with a dry and dry bitter end.

Swing top bottle. Sweet herbal barley malt aroma. Nice copper color with large fluffy head. Sweet toffee malt and light grass hops flavor. Alcohol/metallic finish. Okay - just nothing special.

Clear deep golden with a large white head. sweet malty aroma with caramel, grains and hints of hops. Sweet and somewhat grainy flavour with caramel, malty and hoppy notes. Finished bitter. Soft mouthfeel.

Bottle 50cl. w. swing top @ [ Fastelavns Tasting Ulfborg ].Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, dusty, nutty, caramel notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle, 6.0%. Dusty aroma, slightly bready. Clear dark golden colour. Very small white head. The flavour is quite papery and with a rough, unpleasant hoppiness. A bit sweet, and quite strange.
