A collaboration with our friends at Oakflower Brewing Company. We wanted to keep the grist super simple in order to showcase the symphony of New Zealand Hops in this recipe. Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and NZ Cascade were blended to devise this soothing beer. Hints of lemon / lime, pineapple and white grape

Draft at Paragon, 2/20/25. Hazy yellow, thin white head. Peach, pineapple. Fairly sweet, light bitter. Really clean and drinkable.
