On Tap at the Eagle brewery/taproom. Clear deep dark brown. Thin skin of tan bubbles. Very nice mild roasty aromas and flavors. Light chocolate and a touch of coffee. Not very dark but very pleasant and aproachable rost character. Probably higher points if they called it a Brown Ale.

On tap at the brewery pours black topped with tan head. Nose is nice rich roast malts some ash coffee chocolate. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate roast malts ash and some coffee.
