We made this stout in collaboration with NW Burgers for a special dinner. Brewed to pair with food, this deep, dark stout starts off with rich aromas of mocha, toasted coconut, and roasted nuts. As it warms, sweeter notes of vanilla and maple emerge. The flavor is coffee-forward, backed up by an array of dark chocolate and toffee. While not sweet, the vanilla and maple add balance to the intense roasted grain profile.
