Bottle, slight haze on pale. No head. Candy apple aroma. Taste is apple with caramel and initially the caramel is not overly done, seems to be well balanced on the commencement. As I approach the middle, the sugar in the caramel is coming forward a bit. As I drink, I recognize this falls into the same genre as the rest of the ciderboys; lots of unfermented sugars on top of a slight tartness, Sweetarts candy if you may. This stuff always tastes good because of the sugar hiding the alky, but I always worry about the sugar in my tummy that's riding along with the alky.

Amber with a small white head that left good lacing. Tart and tangy with strong caramel and apple juice. Long finish. Medium body.
