On tap at Esbjerg Beerfestival. It pours an almost clear, golden to copper body, with an off-white head. Grassy, slightly chessy nose with caramel malts and bread. Bread, caramel, citrus and grass in the flavor, some cheese hints. Medium body, dry. Citrusy, grassy finish with a little bitterness. A quite nice beer, not my idea of a Christmas beer, even though it may go nicely with the Christmas lunch. 091023

Dark golden with a lasting off-white head. Weak fruity aroma with hints of undefined spices. Dry fruity and malty flavour with hot alcohol, that gets a little in the way.
