We brewed this Classic American Pilsner for Allen at 619 Cantina. As a nod to both the brewing grains of the pre-Prohibition era pilsners and to Allen's delicious cantina style food, we used blue maize grits in the mash and added a hint of lime and salt in the brite tank. Enjoy this refreshing, crisp lager!

Corn and coriander nose. Hazy golden, thick head, good lace. Husky corn, grass. Light body, moderate carbonation.
