Our Addison Country-inspired Brut IPA combines a whirlpool addition of locally-grown, freshly pressed La Crescent grape skins and German Hallertau Blanc hops deliver a super fruity, complex flavor profile highlighted by notes of white wine, melon and lemongrass.
Expect an extremely low bitterness and a dry, effervescent finish in this super limited brew.

Tangerine nose. Hazy amber, thin head. Tangerine, lemongrass. Medium to full body, soft carbonation. Great flavor and alcohol is well concealed, but I'm not getting the brut moniker.
