Wild Walker’s best selling beer is a malty, medium dark session ale. Designed for easy drinking whilst being a well balanced and complex flavoured beer. Brewed with Boadicea hops, and a blend of Maris Otter and Crystal Malts.

Cask at Smithfield Hotel, Manchester. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and lighter notes of sulphur. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and lighter notes of sulphur, leading to a dry finish where notes of straw and sulphur lingers.

Cask (handpump) @ Smithfield Hotel, 37 Swan St, Manchester, Greater Manchester England M4 5JZ.Clear medium to dark yellow color with a average to large, creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light to moderate yeasty, light notes of sewage, but okay. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090124]
