Bottle, 0.50l. Clear amber color with medium soapy off-white head, good lacing and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of rosemary, pine, citrus, flowers and rose hip tea. Taste starts with light sweet toasted malt, follows by rosemary, grass and rose hip tea, mouthfeel is dry and mild spicy, while finish is quite bitter. Medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Simple, a bit too herbal, but still enjoyable...

clear yellow, smooth white head. aroma is flowery, fruity but not really hoppy or anything. my best guess would be a pretty messy pils with lemon stuffed in the neck. So... not very ipa’ish in the american sense. You might be able to find a classic english ipa with a similar aroma profile. You might find a rosehip tea would smell about the same. Flavor is slightly malty, flowery and with a herbal note to it, the end is bitter in a herbal way, and alcohol only nearly contained. While a lot of the larger supermarket micros have begun to make more tastier beer, this one is back to the old days of boringness...

50 cl bottle, Italian distribution as Ceres Norden Gylden IPA. Dark gold color, creamy bubbly head. Funky spiced smell. Aroma of syrupy malts and spices (rosemary, red pepper, juniper) mild resin hops. Medium body, balanced taste, moderately bitter, a bit metallic, slightly sour, fairly dry, average carbonation, spiced finish.

Flaske fra Kvickly Nørrebro, på hytta: klar, mørk gylden med fint skum (gardin og kniplinger). Citronduft med blomster og krydder (rosmarin). Smagen ligså, men den har en parfumered bismag og ufrisk bitterhed mot slutten der gør det svært at nyde hele flasken. Impressive start, weak finish.

Golden with a lasting white head. The aroma is dominated by rosemary, but hops show up in the background. Dry and malty flavour with lots of rosemary and a light bitter hop finish. The rosemary may be a good idea, but it’s way too much. I think half of what is being used would still be too much
