“Hugs feel great. But when you find yourself behind the wheel of a 4,000lb truck rumbling over the gravel, hugging each person you pass just isn’t in the cards. So you raise your finger off the wheel just enough to acknowledge your neighbor. The Farmer Wave is a completely legitimate and wholly appreciated acknowledgement. It really is the least you can do to recognize that fleeting moment that you share with another person. It is simple, but meaningful.” – Matt Dinges Farmer Wave is our ale brewed with oats, lime zest, lime juice, and salt in collaboration with our dear friend Matt Dinges of Good Life Provisions.

Pours a light, hazy, golden yellow, with mid-sized, lasting head. Lots of effervescence in this. Aroma of citrus, namely lime, with some basement funk and a touch of lactic acid. Flavor is very citrusy, slightly tart/sour, and very refreshing. Saisons are really not my thing, but this is the second really tasty HF saison I've tried and if anyone can get me to like the style, it's them.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy yellow color ale with a large foamy head. Aroma of Brett notes with some lime and light salty notes is original and enticing. Taste of Brett notes with some lime and salty undertone sis well balanced and refreshing. Body is about average with good carbonation. Super refreshing with perfect balance of salty notes.

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, pungent floral hops, light tropical fruits, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice tart mix of lemon pulp, lime, tropical fruit, light mineral notes, nice and tart.
