Bottle: Poured a cloudy yellow color ale with a large foamy head. Aroma of Brett notes with some lime and light salty notes is original and enticing. Taste of Brett notes with some lime and salty undertone sis well balanced and refreshing. Body is about average with good carbonation. Super refreshing with perfect balance of salty notes.

Bottle 750ml. @ [ TTOD(U)RBSG17 - The Tenth Official Danish (Ulfborg) Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2017 ] @ fonefan - Brugmansia house, Denmark. [ As Hill Farmstead Farmer Wave ]. [ Vintage 2017 ]. Unclear - hazy medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, saison yeast, lime, zesty lime - citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, lime, zesty, yeast, pale malt, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170819] 7-3-8-3-15

Sampled @ The Tenth Official Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2017, Day 2. A murky bright yellow beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of lime, zest, wheat, green tea, herbal fruits. Taste of tart lemon, zest, some ginger, wheat, nice!

Sampled @ 10th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg, Day 2. Hazy a bit pale yellow color, average sized white head. Aroma is quite herbal, a bit plant like, a bit yeasty. Taste has it too: herbal, a bit plant like, moderately sour, sour dry finish. Average body and carbonation. Meh.
