Black with a medium sized beige head that left decent lacing. Roasty with hot pepper, cinnamon and a bit of cocoa. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.

Sample at the original Barberton taproom on 05/11/2019. Oily black color with a medium tan head that diminishes gradually to a dense film. Patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma of roast malt, chocolate and spice. Medium body with flavors of roasted malt, chocolate, cinnamon, vanilla and subtle pepper. The finish is sweet and mildly spiced with a chocolate malt and peppery aftertaste. Good beer all around.
