This IPA was brewed with only public hop varieties to help showcase the flavor and aroma qualities of these sometimes overlooked lupulins. This time around we used the following public hop varieties - Galena, Comet, Centennial and Cashmere - giving this IPA aromas of lemon balm, cantaloupe, and a touch of spearmint with flavors of pine and lime zest.
