Cask at The New Oxford, Manchester. A hazy golden beer with a thin off-white head. The arom has notes of malt as well as lighter notes of butter. The flavor is sweet malty with lighter notes of butter, straw, and caremal, leading to a dry strawy finish where the note of caramel lingers too. Remove the butter note and I’d like it.
