Our first imperial saison outside of our sour program, Room for Secrets is the clean, pink sister beer of Dr. Rendezvous and Bright Lit Mansions. A traditional warm fermentation with a classic yeast strain brings a lemony, spicy depth to a clean malt profile highlighting varietals of barley and our Brewmaster's blend of adjunct grains and sugars. This characterful ale is moderately hopped to add a floral aroma and refreshing bitterness that enhances the dry finish. A healthy dose of raspberry brings tart fruitiness and a beautiful deep pink color to your glass.
