Cask at The New Oxford, Manchester. A hazy dark golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of matl, citrus, and grassy and grapfruity hop notes. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, citrusy hops, and a slightly tart accent - is it the Orval yeast, leading to a slightly tart finish. The body is light.
