Cask at The New Oxford, Manchester. A hazy light golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and hops as well as lighter notes of grass and butter. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and grass, leading to a dry and fine delicately bitter finish. The body is a bit thin.

Cask (gravity) @ The New Oxford, 11 Bexley Sq, Salford, Manchester England M3 6DB.Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, toffee notes, butterscotch, moderate hoppy, grass, citrus. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090122]
