Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, peach, tartness and funky. Taste is medium sweet and medium sour with a long slightly dry, peach and funky finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Draught @ Sori Taproom, Helsinki. Sour, vinegary and oaky with some chewy peachy notes, wood, bourbon and toffee. A bit untypical, quite sweet and juicy for a Cascade sour.
