Cask at Smithfield Hotel, Manchester. A hazy amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and lighter notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruit - citrus and lighter mango notes as well as lighter notes of berries, leading to a lightly bitter finish.

Cask @ Smithfield Hotel, Manchester M4. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Has a malty spicy caramel aroma with some hoppy hints. Fruity malty caramel flavor with some spicy hints and some hints of hops. Has a fruity malty caramel finish with some spicy hints in the aftertaste.

Cask (gravity) @ Smithfield Hotel, 37 Swan St, Manchester, Greater Manchester England M4 5JZ.Clear medium orange amber color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light hoppy, pine needles, apple notes, moderate ginger. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20090122]
