And we are blessed to be friends with the good people at Wheatland Spring Farm + Brewery. Together, we made a 6.7% IPA with raw wheat and malted wheat grown on their land, along with Maryland Pilsen malt, Pennsylvania oat malt, and Washington triticale (a hybrid of wheat and rye).
Sun Hands was hopped in the whirlpool with Citra and Crystal, then dry-hooped with a ton of Nelson Sauvin and Motueka.
The result is a fantastic, regionally-minded IPA with a beautifully expressive malt character, soft body, and a great fruity hop presence.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Orange nose. Opaque orange, medium head, good lace. Grapefruit, kale. Full body, easy carbonation.
